The UConn Huskies and Creighton Bluejays faced off in a star-studded matchup as the Big East conference play continues! Adama Sanogo gave the Blue Jays problems throughout the entire game as he finished with 26 points and nine rebounds. Sanogo showed off his improved range as well, knocking down two 3-pointers. Kalkbrenner gave the Huskies issues in the interior as he tallied four blocks in the loss. The Bluejays’ inability to hit shots played a large role in the loss, shooting 32% from the field and 12% from the 3-point line. The Bluejays look to bounce back in their next game against No. 18 Xavier. The Huskies earned their first win over Creighton in program history.
