Guatemala’s Rubio Rubin responded by scoring a header in 39′, to tie it 1-1. Then, Ange-Freddy Plumain scored a penalty kick in 63′ to give Guadeloupe a 2-1 lead. In 70′ Guatemala’s Rubio Rubin scored a goal to tie it once again, 2-2. Shortly after, Carlos Anselmo Mejia Del Cid scored a goal to take the lead for Guatemala, 3-2 in 73′. Ultimately, Guatemala came out victorious over Guadeloupe, 3-2.
