In a deal done so fast it made Craig Carton’s head spin, the San Francisco 49ers have traded 3rd-string quarterback Trey Lance to the Dallas Cowboys for a 4th-round pick. This of course sparks a quarterback controversy, as many believe this could be further proof of the lack of trust in Dak Prescott. But Antonio Cromartie and Plaxico Burress agree that Lance will likely not pose any threat to Dak’s spot as QB1, and at best will be a back-up in the future.
