Philadelphia’s Saquon Barkley’s record-breaking season in 2024-25 earned him NFL Offensive Player of the Year honors.

But that was last season.

Could the Philly star be upended at the conclusion of this NFL campaign?

Let’s check out the odds at DraftKings Sportsbook as of Oct. 14, as well as what to know about each leading candidate.

2025-26 Offensive Player of the Year

Jonathan Taylor, RB, Colts: +175

What to know: Colts’ workhorse running back Jonathan Taylor has helped the team reach their surprising 5-1 record. His 603 yards on the ground are a league-best, as are his seven touchdowns. After the Colts defeated the Cardinals in Week 6, his odds shortened from +300, moving him into the top spot.

Bijan Robinson, RB, Falcons: +400

What to know: Through six weeks, Robinson has 484 rushing yards and 338 receiving yards — a true-dual threat back. But after his 170-yard rushing, 68-yard receiving Week 6 performance in the Falcons’ win at home over Buffalo, his odds moved up slightly from +500.

Puka Nacua, WR, Rams: +450

What to know: L.A.’s Puka Nacua was holding steady as the favorite for Offensive Player of the Year for two weeks in a row. And then in Week 6, he suffered an ankle injury in the Rams’ 17-3 win over the Ravens. Lucky for L.A. — and for Nacua — he avoided a season-ending injury and instead, is listed as day-to-day. He has the most receptions (54) and the second-most receiving yards (616) in the NFL through six weeks.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR, Seahawks: +450

What to know: Smith-Njigba has an incredible 696 receiving yards on the season (first), three TDs and 42 receptions (fifth). In Seattle’s Week 6 win over Jacksonville, he had 162 receiving yards, and his odds in this market surged up the board from +2000.

Christian McCaffrey, RB, 49ers: +700

What to know: It’s business as usual for dual-threat back McCaffrey. He has 336 rushing yards and 444 receiving yards through six weeks for the 4-2 49ers.

Amon-Ra St. Brown, WR, Lions: +2200

What to know: Brown’s 44 receptions are tied for third in the NFL and his six TDs are best in the league. He also has 452 receiving yards on the season (sixth).

Jahmyr Gibbs, RB, Lions: +2200

What to know: Gibbs, like St. Brown, is helping give Detroit’s offense a boost. He’s got four TDs and 390 rushing yards so far this season.

Justin Jefferson, WR, Vikings: +2500

What to know: Minnesota’s star receiver only has one TD on the season, but he’s got 449 receiving yards (third) for the 3-2 Vikes.
