NFL Coach of the Year 2025 odds
Mike Vrabel, Patriots: +145
What to know: After starting 1-2, the Pats have won seven straight and are tied for the best record in the NFL. While five of those wins are over Miami, Carolina, New Orleans, Tennessee and Cleveland, they beat Buffalo on the road in Week 5 and the Bucs in Tampa Bay in Week 10. Drake Maye is also the new favorite to win MVP. Vrabel, in his first year with the franchise, is doing his thing.
Shane Steichen, Colts: +145
What to know: Steichen has topped this board for the majority of the season, but now he’s in a tie atop it. Like the Patriots, his Colts are 8-2, with those two losses coming at the Rams and at the Steelers. Indy has the best offense in the league (396.9 yards per game), Daniel Jones has the most passing yards in the league (2,659) and Jonathan Taylor has the most rushing yards in the league (1,139).
Mike Macdonald, Seahawks: +340
What to know: The Seahawks have two losses on the season (both at home, oddly) by a combined seven points. They are undefeated in four road games, and at 7-2, Macdonald has his team humming. Under Macdonald, Jaxon Smith-Njigba has become one of the game’s best wideouts, with a ridiculous 1,041 receiving yards through nine games.
Sean McVay, Rams: +2500
What to know: Does McVay really get the credit he deserves? The 7-2 Rams lost at Philadelphia in Week 4 and in overtime against San Francisco in Week 5. That’s it. Last week, in a revenge game, they went up 21-0 on the 49ers before cruising to a 42-16 win. L.A. and Seattle have two games left on the schedule, in Weeks 11 and 16.
Jim Harbaugh, Chargers: +3000
What to know: The Chargers’ offensive line is decimated, yet their defense is fourth-best in the NFL, and they’ve won three in a row. Harbaugh just knows how to coach. At 7-3, and owning a win over the Chiefs and Broncos, L.A. is just one game behind Denver in the AFC West.
Ben Johnson, Bears: +3000
What to know: The Bears are … good? Chicago (6-3) is third in the NFL in yards per game (379.8), second in rushing yards per game (147.3) and first in turnover differential (14). That will get it done. The Bears started 0-2, but have won six of their last seven.
