NFL Coach of the Year 2025 odds
Mike Vrabel, Patriots: -110
What to know: After starting 1-2, the Pats won 10 in a row before losing to the Bills in Week 15. They bounced back in Week 16 with a 28-24 win over Baltimore. Another highlight of Vrabel’s season includes his development of quarterback Drake Maye. The second-year QB is near the top of the oddsboard for NFL MVP. Vrabel’s odds have shortened to -110 from +130 over the last week.
Mike Macdonald, Seahawks: +330
What to know: Macdonald made a slight move up the board to +330 from +450. Since the bye week, Seattle has gone 7-1 and is currently first in the NFC West. Under Macdonald, Jaxon Smith-Njigba has become one of the game’s best wideouts, with an impressive 1,637 receiving yards on the season.
Kyle Shanahan, 49ers: +330
What to know: Despite battling injuries, Shanahan has coached his Niners to an 11-4 record. San Francisco has the ninth-best offense in the NFL, is on a five-game winning streak and sits second in the NFC West. He’s surged up the board from +750 over the last week.
Ben Johnson, Bears: +650
What to know: After upsetting the Eagles on Black Friday, Ben Johnson’s Coach of the Year odds took a big leap. He started off the year at +3000 and got as short as +275. Now, he’s fourth at +650 ahead of Chicago’s Week 17 matchup against the 49ers. The squad has the fourth-best offense in the NFL and forces the most turnovers in the league.
Liam Coen, Jaguars: +750
What to know: Coen has helped lead his Jags to first place in the AFC South with an 11-4 record. Their special teams unit ranks sixth and they have won seven of their last eight.
