Playing in its first game ever as the No. 1 team in the nation, Indiana dominated No. 9 Alabama, 38-3, in the Rose Bowl to advance to the semifinals of the College Football Playoff. Indiana will take on No. 5 Oregon, which blanked Texas Tech in the Orange Bowl earlier Thursday, in the Peach Bowl. Indiana defeated Oregon, 30-20, in Eugene back in October.
