NFL Week 10 is almost in the books and there’s been a huge shake up in the MVP odds.
Let’s take a look at the latest at DraftKings Sportsbook as of Nov. 10, as well as what to know about some of the contenders.

2025-26 NFL MVP odds
Drake Maye, QB, Patriots: +275
What to know: Maye has taken over the top spot, moving to +275 from +425 over the last week. The Pats have won seven straight behind their second-year QB, who is quickly turning into a star. In Week 9, he had 259 passing yards, two touchdowns and a pick, guiding New England to a 24-23 win over Atlanta. In Week 10, he had 270 through the air and two touchdowns as the Patriots upset Tampa Bay 28-23.
Matthew Stafford, QB, Rams: +300
What to know: Stafford is moving up the board, too, shifting to +300 from +550. The Rams are 7-2, and both of their losses involved some bad luck on their end. However, Stafford has an NFL-best 25 passing TDs and also has 2,427 yards through the air. In Week 10, he passed for 280 yards and four TDs as Los Angeles got the 42-26 win over San Francisco.
Patrick Mahomes, QB, Chiefs: +500
What to know: The two-time regular-season MVP was at +350 last week and +115 the week before that. He struggled in a Week 9 loss to the Bills, completing just 15 of 34 passes for 250 yards and a pick. In his last two games, Mahomes has three TDs and three interceptions for the 5-4 Chiefs.
Jonathan Taylor, RB, Colts: +600
What to know: Jonathan Taylor has proven that he’s the driving force of Indianapolis’ offense. In the Colts’ Week 10 win over Atlanta, he had 244 rushing yards and three touchdowns. He has 189 carries, 1,139 rushing yards and 15 TDs on the season, all of which are best in the league.
Josh Allen, QB, Bills: +700
What to know: Even though the reigning MVP passed for 306 yards and two TDs in Week 10, his odds fell to +700 from +180, moving him to fifth from the favorite as Buffalo was upset by Miami 30-13. In fact, the Bills have lost three of their last five and Allen has passed for 2,139 yards and 15 TDs with five interceptions this year.
Sam Darnold, QB, Seahawks: +1000
What to know: Sam Darnold is finally getting the respect he deserves. Seattle is 7-2 and its two losses have come by a combined six points. The Seahawks dominated Arizona in Week 10, as Darnold threw for 178 yards and one score.
Jalen Hurts, QB, Eagles: +2200:
What to know: Jalen Hurts has 1,677 passing yards and 15 touchdowns on the season. While those might not be the most outstanding stats, his Eagles are 6-2 and are the best team in the NFC East.
