What to know: There’s a tie at the top of the board … like, a real one. Four teams currently have the shortest odds to win the AFC this year, and then there are two teams narrowly behind that group. Talk about a wide-open field. The Pats (10-2) have the best record in the NFL, one win ahead of the Broncos (9-2) and one full game ahead of the Colts (8-3). However, those Chiefs, at 6-5, are still atop the oddsboard. New England, Denver and Indy each lead their divisions, while Kansas City is third in its. Still, when a team has won the conference five times in six years, it becomes hard to bet against it. Two things appear likely, however, and that’s the Chiefs’ streak of nine straight AFC West titles coming to an end, and Buffalo’s streak of five also being put to a stop.

Buccaneers: +1900 (bet $10 to win $200 total)
Bears: +3500 (bet $10 to win $360 total)
Cowboys: +6500 (bet $10 to win $910 total)
What to know: The Rams aren’t slowing down. They have won six in a row, including three straight wins over current playoff teams. In five of its last six games, Los Angeles has allowed 46 total points, and in that other game, it allowed 26 to San Francisco in a wire-to-wire win. Just behind L.A. is one of the two teams it has lost to this season, the defending champion Eagles. They have won four of five, but did drop one to Dallas in Week 12 after leading 21-0 in the second quarter. Sitting in third is the Seahawks, who lost 21-19 to the Rams in Week 11, despite Sam Darnold throwing four interceptions. The two teams face off once again in Week 16.
