2024 Super Bowl odds: 49ers, Chiefs atop oddsboard

Week 5 of the 2023 NFL season is in the rearview, and the San Francisco 49ers are now the favorites to win the Super Bowl at +350.

Last week the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs were tied to win it all at the end of the year, with both teams at +550.

In a superb Sunday night performance against the Dallas Cowboys, Brock Purdy — 2022’s Mr. Irrelevant — threw for 250 yards and two touchdowns. His performance helped shorten the 49ers’ Super Bowl odds.

In addition to the 49ers’ odds shortening, the Detroit Lions‘ odds have shortened from +2000 last week to +1500 after defeating the Carolina Panthers 42-24, improving to 4-1 on the season.
