USC aims to finish a massively disappointing 2023 season on a high note, but Lincoln Riley’s Trojans will have to do so without star quarterback Caleb Williams. Though the 2022 Heisman Trophy winner has not yet officially declared for the 2024 NFL Draft, where he is the favorite to be selected No. 1 overall, Riley has confirmed Williams will forego the Holiday Bowl and veteran backup Miller Moss will get his first collegiate start in Williams’ place.
Louisville is looking for a good end to a strong first year under head coach Jeff Brohm. The former Cardinals quarterback returned to his alma mater last offseason and led the team to the ACC Championship Game, continuing the success Brohm had experienced in his prior head coaching stops at Western Kentucky and Purdue. However, the Cardinals will be without two key offensive players in running back Jawhar Jordan and wide receiver Jamari Thrash, Louisville’s 2023 rushing and receiving yards leaders, respectively.
Will the Trojans be able to get some of the bitter taste of 2023 from their mouths or will the Cardinals turn the page from their conference title game loss to Florida State? Follow along with all the action below!
